Mum and Dad had been with Intereach for 4.5 years. When Mum got Delerium and her care needs increased, Intereach withdrew all services and tried to force mum into residential care. They withdrew Dads services as well because he lived in the same household. We complained to Aged Care Assessment Team and Seniors Rights Agency. Both organisations said Intereach were interpreting the legislation incorrectly and had told them so. We also complained to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission twice. Intereach then accused Dad and us siblings of "elder abuse" for bringing mum home rather than putting her into residential care. The NSW Ageing and Disability Commision dismissed their complaint as unfounded. Intereach then lodged an application for the state guardian to take Mum from us. I have had to take one month off, to work full time to restore aged care services for Mum and Dad as well as deal with the legal defence of our family for a completely unprovoked and unfounded attack on our family. If you use this company God help you!

Interreach are not good with communication they don't get back your phone calls or emails at all they are just good people
