Amazing price and amazing service!

I recently booked 3 tickets with Sekap travels for the first time and they seriously amazed me with pricing. Not to mention, I already compared with the other so called "Price beat/Match" providers and none could match Sekap. Certainly saved me few hundreds of dollars and not to forget their great service. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I am really impressed and satisfied with the customer service done by JAG. Customer service is really essential department in this industry as I had painful experiences before dealing with flight agencies, who led me wait on queue with either delayed services or late response. Sometimes, in edgy situations, people become anxious to manage flights, there these flight agents job come into play. JAG had done excellent job in that area, he was literally on point, easy going and prompt. I believe people can learn from him about the significance of Customer Relations in business. Over priced booking, you're better off spending 2hrs of your time than getting someone else to do your booking. The hotel quality which we were booked in was of poor quality and horrible location. Even the locals in the area questioned what business we have in the area. The hotels were so bad that I ended up rebooking another hotel which was walking distance the city for less than half the price which Sekap charged me.
