Letted a flat with them for 4 years, had the carpets professionally cleaned but they found literally a spec of dust and insisted it was done again. Felt like punishment for not using their cleaner, I had moved overseas so I/my bond were at their mercy. They would not send photos of before and after (as there was no difference). Be warned...

The Team at Love and Co are fantastic. As a tenant they were responsive and easy to work with. From the beginning right to the end of my lease they always answered my questions via email which suited me the best. I requested some repairs during my tenancy period, the property manager communicated this with the owner in a timely manner and subsequently, the owner approved the repairs in a timely manner. They were also reasonable with the inspection times. Great to deal with.
