Lovely motel for an affordable competitive price!
Welcoming and friendly customer service over the phone. Easy to follow instructions for an after hours check in.
Bed is comfortable with fresh crisp linen. Hot shower with a great shower head. Clean amenities, microwave and a generously sized fridge. What more could you ask for?

We had stayed here many times but can longer recommend. Smell of cigarettes. Unsurprising when I found a large bucket of cigarette butts in a cupboard in the room! We were moved to another room which smelt marginally better but everything in the bathroom was broken or missing. The rooms are in desperate need of upgrading and feel and look dirty.

Visiting Melbourne from Adelaide and wanted somewhere well priced and not massively far from locations. 30-40 minutes it was from the beach.
When we arrived all the rooms that just had people in were being cleaned thoroughly. Sheets were being taken out to wash and bathrooms were being mopped and cleaned aswell.

Our key seemed to act up but the cleaning lady’s had helped us and were super sweet.

Walking into our room, clean as it could be, bathroom and main room was great. I could say tho that the ceiling had some sort of liquid sprayed on it but wasn’t massively noticeable.

Wouldn’t go in the pool as it’s not looked after and is green.

Now I could be wrong but when we left our room and went out for the day I had left my towel hanging on the shower.. I came back to the hotel to find it gone and towels folded on the front door table.. I swear I hadn’t done that and my partner wouldn’t either.

If this is what happened I’m not a fan of someone coming in to do that, even with good intentions.

Best stay in Melbourne. Room good, reception very good. Needs two things to improve
1. 2 bars soap not 1
2. Chain or Bar on door for safety
Bed in room 8 is magnificent.

Last stay just recently there was heaps of Dust on the Refrig Air Conditioner. There was also a tapping sound coming from it and it was not turned on. Couldn't Sleep at Night because it was continuous and LOUD. The TV did not work properly glizting in and out of Reception. Got one channel properly . Carpet was filthy and in need of new carpet. Paid $115 for the Night and probably wasn't even worth that. Also plenty of Noises coming from the other units if you know what I mean.

It's a 3 star motel so I wasn't expecting a lot, but spa bath blew out chunks of something which was pretty gross and I avoided using it, no bathroom door handle, door chain was repaired with a bit of wire, ceiling has dirty drip marks, graffiti in the drawers. The pool is green, but that might be the colour it's meant to be? Idk. Very run down, but sheets were clean and it was cheap. Close to tram and food.

Really good experience staying here over a 2 week period. Awesome management. Rooms are really really good for the prices. And a great location. 5 stars!
