This year I have booked a taxi with this company quite a few times and although I have a firm booking number and a stated time needed, once at least six hours as needed for a train from Sale, and the other twice, three hours in advance, left at the Wedge and yesterday left at Sale station at 9.45pm with a man telling me “Yes I know you booked at 6.50pm but we haven’t got anyone available, so you will just have to wait”! For any older person this is NOT acceptable! As an older person with a walker DEFINITELY NOT ACCEPTABLE. Thank heavens the other taxi company brought me home.

Booked for pick up at Sale train station at night. No taxi! 3 calls later still on its way! 1 hr later, freezing cold 🥶 l had to call a friend! Worse part is, mum was with me. Never had a problem before this! Disappointed 😞

Made a booking in the morning for a Maxi Taxi from Sale to Maffra so we could be on time for our sons engagement party in the afternoon. I purposefully allowed 20 min to allow for the travel time between towns. When the time I booked for came around, I received a call from the driver saying they were just leaving Maffra and would be there in 20 minutes! Suffice to say I wasn’t very impressed. The whole point of booking a time was so we could arrive on time. We ended up being 20min late for our sons engagement part. So, when it says reliable on their website, don’t take that as being reliably on time for bookings.
