Since my friend recommended, I decided to use Mix and Match for the first time. Before I book my flight, I know my needs which is to buy more baggage. That’s why I called M&M first and they said I need to book a ticket first and they can help me. That’s why I booked my flight. After I book, I called them again and they ask me to buy from airline website and contact airline. I tried to buy from website and it said code is not correct. Airline said that’s because I used travel agent and they told me to get back to M&M. I called this morning again and spoke to Maria. She put me on hold and line disconnected. No one called me back after that. I emailed them and no one responds. As a customer, I already put much effort. If agent can’t help with customer issues, what’s the point we are using them. Even if they don’t know, shouldn’t they contact and ask Airline on behalf customer. I would like to know how they can help me with this issue

By far my worst experience speaking to a costumer care representative and I believe no one can beat you. I was facing issues with your website so call your so called Costumer Service Representative and all he does is avoid work. Excellent way to attract attention.

Recently booked flights for December and the website experience was great. It’s easy to use and very accessible.
Had a slight issue with the e-ticket so I rang in at 6am someone picked up and they were very friendly and helpful.
Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Mix & Match Travel are just OK, the website is easy to use, tickets are Emailed quickly, payment options are better than most. My biggest issue is the lack of choice for destinations and airlines - This is the only reason for a low rating.

Great response time. However poor customer service. If you call to discuss a problem or concern you are met with rude customer service and staff who go straight into defence mode/excuses. This was not once but twice I had this encounter so it must be standard. I spoke directly with an airline twice after having an issue and the difference in customer service was next level.

Ticket just 617aud including tax and refundable fee total 899aud. But now they are saying that you cannot refund the ticket.This is total useless website.
