I went to Stirling Hotel Restaurant with my friends for lunch and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the duck breast, and it was absolutely delicious — cooked perfectly with great flavours. I also tried the raspberry splash, which was so refreshing and tasty.

The service was friendly and attentive, and I really loved the warm, relaxed atmosphere of the place. It’s a great spot for catching up with friends or enjoying a nice meal out.

Definitely recommend and would love to come back again!

Had Saturday evening dinner and it was delicious! Good service (order at the bar) my sirloin steak was cooked to perfection! Great atmosphere with live singer/guitarist. My only gripe was it was a bit drafty with doors open into the bistro area.

We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday here, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The food was absolutely delicious—every dish was spot on. Will, our waiter, was very attentive, and genuinely made us feel special from start to finish. Thank you for making such a milestone celebration so memorable. We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful stay in the Adelaide Hills! We stayed for 2 weeknights in April 2025 in room 1. The hotel was well positioned on the main street of Stirling and there was free undercover parking behind the hotel. ||The room was spacious and comfortable with a king sized bed, desk, mini fridge and huge bathroom complete with bath, shower, lots of bench space and Ashley & co toiletries. The bath robes were also a nice touch. Our room was located at the back of the property and was very quiet at all times we were in the room. There’s a shared kitchenette for the 5 rooms which was stocked with 3 kinds of juice, bread, raisin bread, fruit, spreads, milk, 4 kinds of alternative milks, tea and coffee. There’s also a washing machine for guests although we didn’t use it. Ducted heating and cooling was controlled from a panel in the room and worked very efficiently. Tea and coffee facilities were also available within the room. ||We dined in the hotel bistro and wine bar during our stay, both were great experiences. Food was tasty and came out quickly. The staff were all friendly and helpful during our stay. Would stay here again.

Lovely outdoor atmosphere. Great table service and felt well taken care of. Steak frite was delicious. Sadly, my daughter and friend both ordered the burrito bowl with chicken and, it was average. Needed more condiments or guacamole.

Other than the average burrito bowl, everything was lovely.

We attended the Chardonnay May lunch today and it was exceptional.
The food was awesome , the staff were spot on and the whole event was excellent from start to finish.
Will definitely do this again next year !

Lunch in the Bistro 27/05/2025. Staff were excellent, very helpful and efficient, friendly too. Character filled hotel. Lovely open fire near our table, fantastic food at reasonable prices. Highly recommended.

Wow... this has sadly gone down hill bad. Loved coming here previously. Not sure if they've changed the chefs or what but food was not up to scratch at all. 5 meals, 4 sides and the 2 best things were the pork snitzel and olives.
