We had the most wonderful premium hot air balloon experience this morning. The views were was stunning and the amazing team provided us the fantastic service right from pick up.

I would highly recommend Hot Air to everyone who wants to try hot air balloon ride. It was absolutely worth the cost for what we experienced.

We had an amazing experience with them! Selena, Daniel were absolutely champs. Selena got us to the designated spots on time! Daniel, our pilot, was extremely knowledgeable and took on an extremely pleasant ride up in the sky. All the staff had great humour and showed us excellent customer service. We got really lucky with the weather so always worth checking on weather conditions on the day. The brekkie buffet was delicious with champagne served on entry, a free wine tasting, and to top it off, some quality time with alpacas at the end. Thanks again!

An outstanding group of people ensuring the best day of our lives.

I contacted Hot Air to book a hot air balloon ride for myself and my partner on our anniversary to propose to her during the flight. Unfortunately, as the day approached, the weather did not seem like it wanted to play along. The staff at Hot Air went the extra mile and were extremely accommodating; answering my several phone calls to organise contingency plans and ensure every detail was set before the day. They even contacted me and prepared a back-up plan should we not be able to fly on the balloon due to weather.

Our pilot also went the extra mile, allowing me to leave a banner I had made with the big question on it for his collection the day before at a restaurant while he was in Brisbane! With his 24 years of ballooning experience, he was an absolute pro, ensuring that we not only were able to fly but that the plan went off without a hitch! Our driver, Kelly, also was fantastic on the day, showing us how well-rounded he was with his bi-lingual talents and making sure we were where we needed to be.

I could not have asked for anything better, thank you to everyone who made it happen!

Hot Air Balloon Brisbane are absolutely fantastic - my partner and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary with a private flight with Zenden. The whole team couldn't have been more accommodating and we will remember this occasion for the rest of our lives. Zenden is an absolute star. You couldn't be in more capable hands going up with him. Huge thanks to the rest of the team as well - Rob was brilliant and the drive there and back went so fast we were so busy chatting. A great bunch of guys who run a super tight ship. The breakfast at O'reilly's afterwards was so great also. You aren't rushed at all which we really appreciated. We absolutely loved it. Thanks guys!

Highly recommended. We booked this for 10yr wedding anniversary and straight away we were welcomed warmly. The balloon ride was awesome, being 3000ft in the sky it wasn't cold like I thought, mainly due to the burners being used to increase altitude or direct the balloon. The pilot gave an awesome and funny brief, followed by answering questions and explaining what he was doing! After landing we were able to take photos INSIDE the balloon which was unique, and after we helped packing up the balloon we headed the the vineyard for breakfast and wine tasting, followed by alpaca walk. Overall rhe experience was pleasant and enjoyable and would definatly do it again!

I took the wife on a balloon flight for our 20th anniversary. The staff were brilliant and very professional. All staff have a great sense of humor and make sure you have a great experience. All staff appear to love their job and take pride in ensuring everyone has a memorable time. The pilot (Jay) is very experienced and makes you feel safe, even if you are scared of heights. this is definitely a must for anyone who has not experienced.

Waking up at 2am has never beeen so worth it. Birthday celebration and Rob (staff member) has helped us to make it as special as I imagine. Matthew and Stuart knowledgeable and friendly staff.
The experience is definitely astonishingly good!!!! But definitely the staff takes it to the next level.
Fantastic breakfast that starts with a glass of champagne and great variety of wines to choose from to taste.
