Female staff member who checked my luggage in for Bundaberg Tilt very friendly,but other female staff member eating toast behind the Counter and talking to other staff. Not a great look tourists checking in !

The escalators at Roma Street on platform 8 and 9 were operational for about 2 days and now they’re out again. Can’t blame the cyclone this time

Spirit of Queensland train Cairns to Brisbane sleeper amazing trip had a good sleep meet lots of people staff where outstanding food was good close to cafe carriage bar closed at 10pm wonderful trip.

Now that I am in a wheelchair I find QLD rail very easy to use. The ramp is always put out for me at the next railway station. The staff are always lovely and accommodating with directions and timetables. The stations I use are very assesable.

I want to thank Karla & Matt from Roma Street Train station as they were wonderful helping me and also I saw they helped so many other people .Sometimes it's very difficult to navigate these areas when you don't do it often.
Positive reviews are necessary .

Trying to pick up anyone is ridiculous
4 spots and yet it's mainly the older generation using the trains who can't walk a mile to the carpark

Recent travel on the Tilt train. The staff at Roma St excellent, Rockhampton, excellent - on the train both ways were friendly and helpful. A special thank you to the young man at Roma Street who unasked helped us with our bag down the steps. He was very polite. Meals on board quite good and fairly priced. Seats in economy - need more padding were a bit hard.

Bundaberg Tilt Train, worst trip ever had (and there has been many bad ones in past). Staff on board and supervisor were unfriendly and not helpful. Traveling with elderly, trying to get help and service onboard was proving a painful task. No staff to be seen for long time during journey, and one time I walked up to end carriage only to find supervisor and staff laughing and talking loudly. When asked for help, I was given the cold look for interrupting them. I take umbrage at their attitude. Simply a bunch of overpaid and unprofessional lazy staff that QR has employed on Tilt train service. I’ve received more help and professional service from QR staff on the Brisbane local suburban services. QR, get rid of these bad apples or better yet, abolish putting staff on board north QLD trains since all they do is check passenger ticket begrudgingly. Not happy at all!
