Narelle from Snowscene’s sun scene was amazing and so helpful in booking us our break in Dubai and Turkiye. Her experience and help during the organizing period was friendly and professional. She had so many cool tips to share and travel advice. The holiday was fabulous and everything she booked for us went swimmingly well. I have always used Snowscene for the snow holidays so was keen to get them to assist with the sun holiday - I’d highly recommend Narelle and Emily for any sun or snow trip you embark on.

Excellent service. I am in Adelaide and I wanted some Hestra gloves for a gift for my partner and was not sure of the size. I thought a size seven was suitable but they were a bit small, so even though they did not have a larger size in stock, Hayden from Snowscene contacted the wholesaler and was able to find the right size and shipped them to me all in time for the birthday. Recently booked a trip to japan through snowscene. Service was friendly and prompt. Poor travel advice and sneaky sales tactics cost me at least $1000 more than what I would have paid if booking through someone else.
