I recently traveled with Greyhound and I was disappointed to find that the seat trays and seats were not properly cleaned. For the health and safety of passengers, especially families with young children, it’s essential that these areas are thoroughly sanitized. Clean seating and tray tables should be a priority, as they are high-contact surfaces. I hope the company improves its cleaning standards to ensure a safer and more hygienic travel experience for everyone.

Easy to handl and a really good way to go with! When you stay long in australia thake the ticket like me for 45 days or more or less because you can go up and down when ever you like to. It is easy to book your tripp on your own and the bus drivers always nice to you and help you to go there where you lile to or to reach the hotel/hostel. If you take the night bus you have enough space and recharge points on your seat for usb. You also meet many people who go to the same place and make the same thi ks like you to have an nice tripp togheter.

WORST SERVICE IN THE PLANET!
YOU ASK THE PASSENGERS TO BE 20 MIN BEFORE DEPARTURE TIME. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING 45 MINUTES AFTER SCHEDULED DEP. TIME AND YOU STILL ASKING TO WAIT ANOTHER 15 FOR SOMEONE WHO IS LATE. MY ACOMMODATION CAN WAIT FOR ME UNTIL CERTAIN HOUR ONLY AND CLEARLY WE ARE NOT MAKING IT ON TIME BEFORE THAT. YOUR STAFF SAID I HAVE TO SORT IT OUT BY MYSELF AND YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING IN CASE I LOOSE MY ACOMMODATION AND BASICALLY IF I SLEEP ON THE STREET IS MY PROBLEM.
IM COMPLETELY UPSET ABOUT THE LACK OF SOLUTIONS, PEOPLE WHO IS ONE HOUR LATE SHOULD MISS THEIR TRIP, NOT THE REST OF THE PASSENGERS WHO ARRIVED ON TIME AND HAVE THINGS ALREADY PLANNED.
COMPLETELY AWFUL SERVICE, I RATHER TRAVEL WITH AN UBER AND PAY EXTRA THAN TRAVEL AGAIN WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I HOPE YOU HAVE THE DIGNITY OF EITHER FIND A SOLUTION OR REFUND ME FOR THE TRIP SINCE I HAVE TO PAY FOR ANOTHER ACOMMODATION BECAUSE OF THIS.
I SERIOUSLY EXPECT A SOLUTION AND NOT ONLY A "WE ARE SORRY" FROM THE STAFF.

I took a bus to mt isa which was a very long drive from Brisbane.
The drivers were friendly and helpful and we had more then enough stops for meal breaks and to stretch our legs.
The bus was clean and comfortable.
I had a pleasant experience.

Drivers are all really friendly and trip from Byron to Brisbane was quick and trouble-free! I enjoy travelling with this company.

However.. we were at the bus stop when a different bus to Brisbane via Gold Coast was leaving (think it was the dog father bus) and I thought the driver was actually pretty rude to the passengers. A shame as all the other ones I have come across have been lovely and friendly
