Terrible holiday park - do not stay here. No one at office to assist with check in. We had to follow up ourselves about our site, codes, power and amenities. The facilities are paritially cleaned and badly maintained. The layout of the whole park is awful but worst of all there are permanent residents who are loud (barking dogs), swearing and not friendly. We requested a late check out (12 noon) due to personal reasons. No one helped us check in but at 10.45am on check out day we were asked why we hadn't left yet. (that was the only contact we had with staff) So bad. I wont even talk about the train line that runs adjacent.

No one at the office to help check in at 3.30pm. Rang and was told take site 9 after we had to prove that we had booked it yesterday. Not at all suitable for us. Rang them again said we could have 4. They would send the code for toilets. It is nothing like the photo s itโ€™s old gritty. They had already taken out money. The site was like walking back into the fiftyโ€™s and site was very dirty. The group g/day group should be ashamed.

Arrived at the park and got our key from the safe ( instructions sent by text message earlier). No contact at all with the park owners. Park looked very unkept.
Found our villa and unpacked the car. Noticed the villa was not very clean, with mould under the kitchen cupboards and the walls had a lot of holes patched up dodgy with plaster. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was very noisy.
Blanket on the bed was to short for the mattress.
Tea bags that were supplied were mouldy.
Will not stay there again

I stayed here in a pet friendly cabin on my way north and then back south. Check in was out of hours but very easy. Staff were super helpful on the phone. A short work to the beach for the most beautiful sunrise. It's on the highway so of course truck noise is a bit of an issue but I was very comfortable.

We booked a"budget" room, and it was. Shared bathroom as per caravan park. Arrived at 4pm and no one at reception.

Reception is open from 8-2pm, the after hours phone was answered promptly. Only powered sites so don't bring a tent. The shower block was old but had hot showers. The real downside if you don't have a van or cabin is the truck noise all night long, it just doesn't stop which is a real shame...not a good night's sleep at all..

Got the wrong room. The office hours are way to short, no email service after office is closed at 2pm.
The whole park has seen better days, many things are dilapidated. Especially the budget rooms.
The kitchen is equipped very badly. Many things inside also broken. But plenty of space in the fridge at least. No cutlery, or not enough.
The bed sheets were dirty and not washed properly. And there was missing a slat in the slatted frame, and therefore sitting on the bed was a pain as well as sleeping in it.

Only two stars because the guests were friendly and had fun there.

Overall the only affordable hostek/hotel in the area, but way too expensive for the provided rooms.m, compared to other locations a bit further(30-60min away)
