Great park. Whilst most of the sites are drive through we had a reverse into site, which in our view was probably the best site in the park. We had loads of room, beautiful grass area and even had a bit of a view of the marina. Everything in this park was maintained spotlessly.
Staff were all friendly and welcoming.
Even though I prefer a park with no cabins, this park had the cutest cabins, all painted a different pastel colour. Even a visitor we had commented on how nice the cabins look.
Definitely recommended and with definitely come back.

We stayed in a cabin for 3 weeks. The views over the marina were fantastic when sitting on the deck in the morning and afternoon. It was nice and quiet overnight, and listening to the sea birds during the day was calming.

The cabin itself was well set out and fully functional. Stove, microwave, full sized fridge. Bathroom was easy to move in and the shower was larger than my own at home. Also great water pressure.

The location is beautiful and the staff go out of their way to be helpful. The sites are a really great design. They have a concreted tire section so you can drive all the way through. The slabs aren't wider than the awnings so you can easily fix the legs into the grass. The amenities are very clean and the laundry is well priced at $5 per load.

I stayed at Scarborough Holiday Village unpower site and unfortunately had a very unsettling experience. When I arrived, our site was already occupied by guests from the cabin beside, who claimed they had been told by management they could use it. We received no notice or apology beforehand, which was confusing and frustrating.

More concerning was that the after-hours emergency contact was completely unresponsive, leaving us to deal with the situation alone. These same guests ignored park rules: they smoked in non-smoking areas literally just beside our car, brought in outsiders after 10 PM, and were loudly socializing well into the night.

I recorded noise levels of 60 - 70 dB from inside my vehicle, despite using triple-layer noise-absorbing nets. For context, 66 dB is equivalent to the sound of a vacuum cleaner or a loud conversation, clearly not acceptable during designated quiet hours.

Additionally, the boat club next door was loud and unruly, with people riding around shouting, revving engines, and behaving in an aggressive manner. It honestly felt like being in Tenant Creek or next to a scene out of a street gang movie. I’m at least grateful the park has fencing, which provides some sense of separation, but the surrounding area and some of the other guests left a lot to be desired.

Management later told me they spoke to the guests involved, who “didn’t know the rules” and apologized. While appreciated, the response felt passive and failed to address the seriousness of the disruption.

Overall, this was a disappointing experience. I hope the park takes stronger steps in the future to protect guests, enforce rules, and provide reliable support after hours.

Scarborough holiday Village would have to be one of the best places we have stayed in on our travels. The staff are excellent and friendly especially Linda who went over and above on friendliness and helpfulness, the amenities are the best we have seen in a long time. The park is right on the water and you can walk to the boat club for drinks and meals and also have Morgan's seafood for fresh seafood. We thoroughly recommend this place to stay, well worth it and not that expensive .

Friendly and accommodating hosts with lovely cafe on its door. Sites were little to close, so constantly mindful of noise and smell of cigarettes smoke due to closeness from guest next door

This place is lovely, and right on a dog friendly beach.
The only downfall for me is that I'm a smoker and it's a smoke and vape free park. Which isn't on their website. It actually states no smoking in any buildings but it's no smoking anywhere in the park.
And also, even though it is a dog friendly park, they have sign everywhere stating that you must take your dog.outside the park for toileting, which, if you are a dog owner know only too well, that when you start walking your dog for a toilet.stop it can happen anywhere. They also state that there are cameras all over the park so they can see if your dog toilets inside the park.

Our family came to Scarborough to celebrate my recently passed away sister who had lived in Scarborough for over ten years. We hired Cabins 9 and 10 at the Scarborough Holiday Village for the Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights on the 4th weekend in May 2025. The Cabins were perfect for our family to stay at (with very comfortable beds and bunks) and we then went to the adjacent Moreton Bay Boat Club for a celebration Saturday meal. From our Cabins we could look out across the Club Boat Harbour and we could see the setting sun. Our family had the chance to catch up on the cabin decks in perfect weather. The staff who looked after us were all great to connect with. The Cafe at the entrance to the park was also good, and it was so immediately available to the Village.
