How is this maccas still open, it is absolutely filthy inside, I was appalled by the filth, to top it off, we ordered 4 desserts and waited 20 minutes before eventually going up after hear numbers called out after ours, we asked about our order, the girl rolled her eyes at us, when we got our sundaes and McFlurry (Larges) only one Sunday was full, the other Sunday was half full and the McFlurry quarter full, we asked about that, the girl laughed at us and walked away!

I do not recommend this McDonald’s, I feel they should be shut down, the health and safety would not pass if an inspector went in!

I’m driving to the Maccas at bribie interchange from now on.
Ordered double sausage and egg and 2 sausage and egg. All were just sausage (no eggs) and the muffin on one was so hard like it was sitting in the toaster for an hr. Seriously guys

Ordered a chai latte today totally rude when I asked is it on its way this was @ 2pm in store not rushed off their feet at all the 2 girls in I guess management attire completely ignored a client whom had walked in to buy food, didn’t even look up from their discussion which was being held on the front counter concerning rosters…the third girl whom was over in the service window looked eventually and told the two girls hey customer at counter really right in front of them too rude to look up and acknowledge the customer. Pick up your service, attitude is terrible I hope the owners of this store do a secret shopper every now and again to see the upper managements behaviour

Just bought 3 Maroons meals. 1 Big Mac and 2 nugget ones. We did drive through at approx 550pm today. Once again. They forgot our chips. That's 3 meals worth. None of the meals came in a bag and was in a box. In a busy drive-thru I didn't check. You'd think we would learn.

Waited 30 minutes for just two hotcakes, a bacon & egg McMuffin, and an iced coffee. Tried to give me an ice coffee that had been sitting on the bench for 25 minutes. The staff were extremely rude and showed no concern for the delay. Definitely won’t be returning.

I went there yesterday, the drive thru was shut ,so I went inside and they told me that they weren't taking any orders as they were to bissy. There was 6 people in the store waiting and they couldn't tell me when they were going to start taking orders again.this is ridiculous for a fast food outlet. I drove 20 minutes each way for nothing. The place is run by kids that aren't trained properly and don't really want to be there, and are very rude and have no customer service skills. I won't be going back to this store again, I've never got a right order in the past and the burgers are thrown together. This place should be condemned.

My wife and I ordered a meal each.
They both had no pickles on the order, and no ice for the drinks.
We received our order and ate in the restaurant.
The cheese burgers (no pickles), were warm to cold, dishevelled and badly wrapped. It was obvious that the pickles had been removed from these burgers.
This is totally unacceptable as we could have an allergic reaction to traces of pickles.
Also, how can the burgers get warm/cold while we are eating in.
The fries were also not hot.
This is a disgrace that the fast food is warm rather than hot.
One of our drinks had ice in it, so we had to return to the counter to have this corrected.
This is not the first time these things have happened.
Please improve your service and quality.

I'm sorry but that was extremely poor and a total waste of money. A hot chocolate- with no chocolate in it but the sprinkle at the top. A flat white barely drinkable, and cold old chips! One girl eating nuggets while cooking, another told us there was no thick shake and then saw the manager check it- the girl rolled her eyes!
