Chef Jon and the team were amazing. They were so accomodating for changing numbers in the lead up to the wedding and then they set up with no fuss and added no extra stress to the day. Jon was assuring throughout the whole process. The food was amazing, we couldn’t have wished for anything more. Their service was also amazing and they were instrumental in helping out when it began to rain and the food had to be moved undercover. We would recommend them to anyone. 10000/10

Jon and his team recently catered for my home wedding which was New Years Eve 24/25. From the start Jon was very helpful, positive and I felt totally confident he would take care of me. He worked diligently with me to create a menu that I liked and felt my guests would enjoy. Considering it was NYE he was still able to give me a very reasonable price which included staff and a server. The food was AMAZING, plentiful and the feedback from my guests was it was the best BBQ they have ever eaten!! The meat was so juicy and tender and the prawns were big and fresh. Another comment was " these are the best profiteroles I have ever tasted!" Jon puts so much create and effort into his food and it is easy to see he is very passionate about what he does.
I will definitely be asking him to come back for future events!!

Absolutely amazing. From the canapé, food platter to pizzas all round it was a winner. The professionalism and presentation was incredible. All guests were amazed at how tasty and delicious the food was. No-one went hungry, there was always food out. The organization of the pizza was perfect. Made a special pizza for my husband and i on request. They were so perfect and i couldn't recommend them enough. My only regret is i didn't eat enough!!! Months after my guests still talk about how good all the food was. 2 friends were gluten intolerant so jon made special pizzas just for them. Amazing. There was little to no wait time. Enough food to go round.

We choose to do a selection of gourmet pizzas which catered to everyones tastes and dietary requirements, and we received so many compliments from guests all night about how delicious they all were! We got Chef Jon along to our wedding to bring a piece of Italy to us. Boy was the pizza delicious! You can judge a delicious pizza off the Margherita and it was phenomenal. Would highly recommend Jon and his team to everyone! All our guests absolutely loved the pizza and raved on about it.

Chef Jon Catering – The Ultimate Wood-Fired Pizza Experience

Chef Jon Catering has completely raised the bar for wood-fired pizzas! The base is absolutely perfect— it has a distinctive smoky flavour and the texture is crisp and light.
The toppings are generous, fresh and full flavoured. The cheese.....we're not talking over processed oily glug here; it's rich and blends beautifully.

We have just found ourselves somewhere to dine casually and can't wait to go back!

His new restaurant is located Wongabel St, Kenmore in Violetta's old space and currently only doing take-away until the fit-out is completed for June 2025 opening.

Chef Jon was absolutely fantastic! His pizzas were a hit with all our guests—delicious bases and amazing flavours. The team was attentive (catering to all dietary requests no problems at all), friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Communication was excellent, which put me at ease before the event. Chef Jon and his team catered our son’s 21st for 85 people and our guests were blown away by the incredible canapés and freshly made Napoletana wood fired pizzas that just kept coming! Chef Jon added so much to the vibe of the evening and he is always such a pleasure to deal with, responsive, fantastic ideas, amazing chef, deep understanding of hospitality and event planning, nothing is too much trouble and completely reliable. I am looking forward to engaging him for our next celebration!
