Well what a great experience we had at Aussie Traveller today. We had a new vinyl awning installed on our caravan. The staff including Heath, Bianca and Des couldn’t do enough to help . So pleasant and friendly and the awning looks great. They are extremely professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. A blue ribbon company. Thanks again for a wonderful experience and we would highly recommend them.

Fantastic Customer service.
I had (what I thought) a complex issue that needed attention, the sales staff did everything possible to help, the issue was resolved quickly, new parts were sourced and dispatched the same day.
You can't ask for more than that.
This business stands behind the products it sells and are willing and able to sort out any post sales issues, which can be an problem with on-line purchases.

Aussie Traveller definitely have customer service and delivery bragging rights!
We placed our order for Single Hopper Wind-Out Window
Black / Curved Acrylic / 508x914 on 13/02/24 and received them in SA from Qld 16/02/24. Our local freight can't even do this! 🙁

Kimberley helped us with an online ordering glitch after talking with her team which was a simple address entry duplication on our part, so made the transaction so easy, including 4 PayPal instalments so not such a big dent in the account at one go.

As you can see from the photos, the windows are well packed and individually wrapped so no damage.

While shopping online with a new supplier is always worrying in this age of scammers (which we found one during this process), we are now comforted that Aussie Traveller are fair dinkum and will be shopping with confidence with them.

Highly recommend 10/10. Well done team!

Brisbane office has a 1300 number.
Melbourne office has a 0393 number prefix.
No point trying to contact Aussie Traveller by this method, both answered by same recorded message saying all operators busy, suggests contacting via email or hold for operator (but this never happens) until phone hangs up.
Brilliant customer service, just imagine if you bought something from A.T and you find a prob that needs answering.
