Our family of 5 (grandparents, couple and 3 year old) did the fish feeding tour which was fun and informative! Skipper (bearded fella whose name I’ve forgotten) was funny and welcoming. Kyle at the booking office is an absolute LEGEND and not only got me on a scuba dive on a fully booked day, but when I hadn’t booked for the right number of people, arranged for us to join a second unadvertised tour of only 9 of us so we didn’t miss out - very happy kiddo especially as the next day was rainy!
Scuba on the wrecks was also awesome - dive master Chris was also a total LEGEND - perfect mix of safety, fun, helpful and informative. Saw plenty and always felt at ease with Chris whilst he also guided two less experienced divers. Would 100% recommend diving with Chris, a real holiday highlight for me - merci beaucoup - photobomb attached!!
Thanks Tangatours, love your work!

We visited the Tangalooma Island resort and were booked for the Marine Discovery cruise. Unlike the name Marine discovery, there was nothing to discover. The Skipper Dylan and Sydney had no interest in showing any sea creatures. Made no effort. The tour was for 1.5 hours and a total waste of time. They showed some ship wreck and made us feed fish which was nothing special. They must stop foolish the tourist with such rides.

Chris and the team were awesome! Very laid back, and gave everyone confidence in the water. People who have used a snorkel before will get the most out of this trip. Happy Australia Day.

Had an amazing tour with Anya and Cale at the shipwrecks and were lucky enough to see a turtle! Anya did a great job describing the animals, their habitat and the history of the ship wreck. The kids had a great time. We were so happy when she offered to take photos for us. Cale is an amazing skipper and was able to navigate around and over the wrecks even though it was so crowded. We could tell they were trying hard to spot sea life to keep us entertained. A great experience and would do it again!

Unfortunately, we had a very bad experience with Tangatours. We purchased the midday tour on Tuesday, April 29th at 12:30 PM to see marine life, but the boat was completely full, and we were forced to stand almost the entire time. I acknowledge that I mistakenly brought a glass cup on board, not knowing it wasn't allowed—but that didn’t justify the way I was treated by the tour guide. She shouted at me, saying, “you should not bring those cups on a boat,” and when I handed it to her politely, she replied, “I am not taking that off,” in front of my children. We were a large group of eight people, and I was deeply offended by the way she spoke to me, especially with my family watching. She also spoke very inappropriately to a friend of mine who was with her baby, asking her to move from a spot in a rude and abrupt way. I came here to enjoy my vacation, not to be mistreated. This kind of attitude from staff is unacceptable, and I sincerely hope management addresses it.

We did scuba for the first time here and Film was our instructor and he was INCREDIBLE. Made sure we understood everything and took his time explaining and answering all questions. Saw amazing marine life. Would definitely come back!

Went on a certified scuba dive trip with instructor Chris on the boat to the wrecks. It was an amazing experience; one of the best dives I’ve had! Chris brought us to the best spots along the wrecks and we saw tons of animals (turtles, many fish, rays, etc.). Good gear as well. Would definitely recommend!

I did dive with those guys! It was a remarkable experience! 100% recommend. Staff carrying about guests and their experience, always doing their outmost to make it 5 stars. Dive instructor Phil was amazing and solid professional who made our dive full of joy, lots of great experience and different species to see.
