Sophie was great. She took care of all the details for our past trip and we had an amazing time. We got back from our pacific cruise a couple weeks ago before all hell broke loose. Once things get better, I plan on booking through Cruise Agency again. 10/10 would recommend.

If there was an option for no stars i would select it! What an awful awful experience it was dealing with this Company from start to finish. Absolutely no support or advise or guidance whatsoever! And if i'm honest - Incompetent. I may as well have booked direct with the Cruise Line! At least that way they would have answered their phones (unlike cruise agency) and therefore could have assisted me with my questions. Worst part was when expressing this i was told to "Take some responsibility". Wow. I mean, who speaks to a customer like this?! Thanks Juliette.
