Amazing agent to deal with we couldn't ask for better service if we tried ! . We the Howarth family had the absolute privilege of working with John Hartford at Lakeford Realestate to sell the family farm , John and his team were amazing nothing was an issue John was 100% invested in getting the best price for this property I could contact him at anytime for advice as far as preparing the property and if I phoned and couldn't reach him or messaged saying " all good now sorted " he still followed up with a call to check everything was ok . What impressed me immensely was the fact that this was an emotional journey as anyone would know letting go of a property that had been in the family for 70 years John was never ever pushy and was so understanding I cannot praise you enough for the wonderful job and absolute commitment you showed on selling this property .

Terrible experience with property manager Peta. Property was handed over in great condition, but made up a false list, gave no chance to attend the inspection or chance to meet the Principal. Took the whole bond away without any correspondence. Will be seeking full force of law for this unacceptable behaviour.
