The room was quite dirty, the TV didn’t work and the air conditioning worked on and off.|Large potholes it the driveway weren’t ideal. The whole place looked very unkept.|Although we only paid $125 I will definitely pay $20 more to stay elsewhere.|One positive the bed was quite nice.

Clean but dangerous sparking light switch in bathroom above bathroom sink. I had to ask for soap. They “fixed” the switch with some sticky tape. No apology or change of room offered. Do not offer dangerous rooms or at least check beforehand. I have never written a bad review before for anything but this time I felt it was necessary for others to be aware at nearly $160 per night.

Was very happy with stay. Room was perfectly clean and toasty warm. Shower was amazing. And had a nice view to wake up to.

Great value refurbished motel room in quiet location. Absolutely loved the bathroom quality! Also appreciated the customer service. Will visit again.

Wow great room great value for money quiet easy parking. Late arrival easy as 👍🏿. I would suggest some pillow tops to improve comfort on beds. Only 4 stars because it wasn’t free 😂😂 but all the same great price.

Some suggestion to improve the Garden Inn Experience:

- have a level floor in the rooms
- the beds need to be level, and not run uphill from head to toe
- get some decent pillows.
- it’s 29 degrees, the pool looks amazing, yet we are not allowed to swim in it. It’s actually the main reason why we selected this place to stay. So disappointing.

Room was great, clean, modernised and comfortable. Jug, toaster, microwave etc which was great. Gardens need work, but maybe it has just changed hands. Manager was friendly and helpful. |No restaurant, but we got nice breakfast just back along the road towards Gundagai.

Got a good price for one night in mid January. Room was okay. Bathroom had clearly been renovated, but the bed needs replacing and the general room could do with a bit of work. Pool was lovely to swim in. Need to remove advertising of dining room and breakfast as no longer an option.
