We have used the service several times. Always punctual, polite, friendly drivers with great cars. It’s especially perfect when my flights arrive in the evening in Sydney and there is no flight or bus to Canberra.

We recently used the services of Road Jet for the first time between Canberra and Sydney airport and found them to be excellent. They were on time and the car was very clean and the Driver was very pleasant and professional.
We were picked up at 4am in order to catch an international flight that departed at 9.30am. This saved us from going down the day before and staying overnight at a hotel. This provided a good saving for us. On our return we were picked up at 10pm and returned to Canberra.
We found the whole experience to be excellent and have no hesitation in recommending RoadJet. and we will be definately using them again.

I found this service through one of my clients during an appointment, I wasn’t keen on catching a bus after a flight from London and the cost of flying to Canberra, no thanks! I contemplated driving a hire car, but knew I would be exhausted (my dad and I just wanted to drive straight home he is near Tarago I’m in Googong near ACT). This service was perfect! We got picked up at the Sydney airport and were home within 2 1/2 hrs for dad and 3 hours for me… dropped right at our doors!! Didn’t have to bother anyone for a lift from the bus stop or the Canberra airport, this service is perfect!! We will be using Road Jet again and I will be recommending to everyone!!

I recently used RoadJet to get from Sydney airport to Canberra. It took a long time for me to exit the terminal and my driver was very patiently waiting for me. Once I did get out he very promptly met me, collected my (heavy) bags into the vehicle and we were soon on the highway. Despite his long wait for me he was very courteous, professional and friendly. He understood the current situation and knew exactly how to get directly to my destination. When we arrived at my Canberra hotel he offered good advise based on a recent experience and kindly waited for me to be checked-in. I found the experience with RoadJet, from booking to being driven, extremely professional and reliable. I highly recommend them as a company and wish to personally thank the driver i had.

I chose RoadJet for a comfortable door to door service from Sydney to Canberra. My husband had just had major surgery in Sydney and was not well enough to cope with the hassle of flying with taxis at both ends, etc. RoadJet met all our expectations. The booking process was efficient and the driver was punctual and very obliging. A very pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

This experience was surprisingly smooth. I had to go to Sydney for a market exhibition and needed to take a lot of luggage. The driver helped me pack the car and dropped me from my Canberra home to my family home in Sydney. The driver was friendly, reliable and made sure I was comfortable throughout the trip. It was definitely more spacious and relaxed than a flight and I didn't have to worry about weather, the internet or issues around what to take on off a plane. In terms of costs - I would recommend travelling with someone and sharing the costs, it works out to be quicker and a more comfortable trip..
