I’d never ever step back into that place ever again. I have had the worst experience with travel agents that have not been trained properly and there is no one currently managing the store as she is on maternity leave. I don’t know how a business can be ran with people not trained yet take thousands of Dollars from people to end up stuffing the whole booking up. They would put clients on hold to answer their personal phone to have personal conversations then once they finished their personal call took their client off mute. Absolute poor service will never go back and wait around for more than 5 hours to get some tickets just to travel inside Australia.
