Parking not available on site. Some dirty dishes and rubbish in my room. Good value for money. Check in available until midnight.

The room is clean but a little small. It is very convenient to eat, and there are restaurants around downstairs. There is no hair dryer in the room, and the lock of the wardrobe and the door handle are loose and not locked tightly.

I was there with my partner this evening and we were playing pools at the table. An asian staff from bar came to the table and asked us to clean the table. When we said it’s not our rubbish she came and picked it up but she started yelling “oi don’t talk to me like that when we had just said its not our rubbish. She started making big deal out of it and started becoming rude towards my partner and said i’ll give u no more drinks. Despite of my partner not speaking anything, she was very rude and disrespectful towards us. The bar manager was her sister and she did nothing but blame us for something that we didn’t even do and was rude and asked us to leave. I felt that she was being racist towards us just cause we’re from a different background and not Australian. They only treat the customers nicely whoever give them tips. They should be trained about how to treat the customers with respect and dignity no matter their background. If there was an option I would have given them reviews in negative.

The room has some modern updates the bathroom is nice. But the carpet is dark and filthy, there are roaches 🪳 everywhere. I complained and was offered another room. I don’t have a problem with the room just sharing it with roaches. Also, staff offered me a can of bug spray for self defense 😂 and this made them (roaches) angry 😡. They started coming out from behind the mini fridge, they have even invaded my bed. I could go on and on but I’m trying to remain positive because there’s nice about paying good money to get “jumped” by a gang of roaches.
If this company would get rid of the roaches and remove the carpet this would be a decent place to stay.

I went too the meridion not long ago paid fifty dollars for my food was suspose too get twenty five dollars back the guy that served me deny it saying he gave it back the manger came out check my bags said come back at six I'll check the camera I rang the police and twenty minutes later he came out with the twent five always give them the exact change if you do go there and buy just incase it happens too you

Physically abused by security guards on the shift and broke the phone. Called the police and they came over and didn’t take any actions. I don’t think security y guards are allowed to raise their hands on drunk people. Everyone is aware that they allowed to kick people out of the venue but not be physical.
