This is a really great club. I had a beautiful burger 🍔 that was beautifully cooked. The layout of the club was really nice, wheelchair friendly and the staff were friendly and helpful. There’s a great children’s playground area and a good range of places to eat including the Fiftysix Dining, Burgers Fries Shakes, Lido Cafe Pizza 🍕 Kitchen, Big Time BBQ 🍖, Dynasty Dumplings, Bon Bon for dessert 🍨 and the Velvet Bar. There’s no shortage on choice. There is also a Meat Raffle every Friday Night giving away 20 Meat Trays worth $30 each and a bonus tray worth $100. Every Tuesday and Thursday from 11.15am, there’s Bingo where you can win a share of $800 in gift cards and/or bonus points. There’s live music 🎶 every Saturday night. I would recommend this place without hesitation. A Thumbs up from me 👍👍

I have been coming here for years with my family as a tradition after NYE however, I will never step foot into this place again. This is the only review you need to read… 1. The food was terrible and came out in orders that made no sense. Some Medium rare steaks were overcooked (photos attached as evidence - both are meant to be medium rare). 2. The workers are the RUDEST I have ever experienced. Condescending and just outright disrespectful… from the reception to the lady in the FiftySix food area serving our food… attitude and condescending tones seem to be okay with management but NOT WITH US….3. The food was over an hour wait and there wasn’t nearly enough people for that to make sense..

If the service wasn’t so disgusting, I wouldn’t have even mentioned the terrible food because this place was special to us.. however this is no longer the case and seeing the more recent reviews, it seems like many people agree the quality of this place as gone down. Sucks to see.

If I could give them a 0 star rating, I honestly would. I don’t want to say it’s racism but the reviews are giving that vibe based on the types of names complaining about how they are treated… DO BETTER!!!!

Wow, from the entry to the exit my experience was putrid. Your staff are so rude and racist, it’s pretty obvious we were treated differently to everyone. Your hostess was condescending and not clear on policies which led to her following me around the club (I can see you watching me and it was uncomfortable..). The policies are stupid, my brother was with his entire family but because I was “responsible” for him they were going to kick the entire group out when I wanted to play pool?! ON TOP OF THAT, they exaggerated the fact that the wait time would be an HOUR FOR FOOD, when it took 20 mins, (clearly a way to avoid having people like us come and eat). And finally receiving my steak which was supposed to be cooked MEDIUM, but instead graduated school, raised a family, had a career and died at the ripe age of 100 on my plate. I was always fond of this place but now will never be returning.

Me and my partner have been to this Venue a couple of times but tonight’s incident that happened I will never be returning to this club..
This situation is unacceptable and I demand further action be taken against this front of house worker who accused me of being intoxicated when I do not even consume alcohol. I requested a breath test to prove my sobriety, but he refused. It wasn't until I involved the staff supervisor that we were allowed entry. This employee's behavior needs to be addressed and I expect appropriate consequences to be taken.
On my way out I approached him to give him some friendly advice and told him to be careful how he speaks to guests because there will one day be someone that won’t take it the way we did and can erupt into a bigger situation
I’m posting a photo of the worker and it’s the one with the blonde hair avoid him his so rude so is his little side kick

The atmosphere on a Saturday night is brilliant, It's booming and everyone's go-to club. Live music was a hit, for was great and came out quick despite the hundreds of other people also waiting. I would love to say the same about our experience on Friday, the night before but it simply wasn't a good experience. We had ordered "chicken tenders" that were able to be broken in half very easily because of how dry and over cooked they were, the parpadelle boscaiola was tasteless and i added my own seasoning . We also ordered a spicy chicken burger and knew what we were expecting but it had no flavour, just extreme heat which was abit disappointing. Albeit the food came out quickly. I wouldn't expect the food to be double cooked or poorly seasoned when the club only had maximum 60 people all round inside. Saturday was a great night, ill return on saturdays.

(1) We couldn't talk normally over loud music, in the food area. We had to shout and say sorry what did you say repeatedly.

We advised the food manager and reception. They agreed that it is loud, however apparently there's some idiot in management who insists on loud music, as such they refused to adjust it down to a reasonable talkable level.

(2) My food came out less than warm, when it needed to be hot and my wife's food wasn't much better.
