Connor and Toby are a credit to your team. A AC units service by Connor was just what was needed and Toby's follow up work sorting out a naughty duct that would not stay on has made it considerably cooler at the front of house. They were very professional and put up with a lot of questions which they ignored...only kidding. They were great. The team at Dawson’s Heating and Cooling were all fantastic every step of the way when we recently were required to replace one of our air conditioning units. Everyone involved in the process was great, from providing competitive pricing on the quotation, answering all of my questions and through to installation and after sales service. Dawson Heating and cooling were excellent! Ray came out walked me through all of the options and measured our house to ensure we had the right air conditioner for the job. Brendon and Hugh arrived on time, replaced the whole system, cleaned up after themselves and walked me through all of the functions. 5 stars - Outstanding ducted reverse cycle installation service!
We just had our gas ducted system switched to ducted electric by Dawson Heating and Cooling. From start to finish the service was top notch.
