정말 무례한 여행사
손님을 무시하는 발언이 도가 치나친 곳
전화문의 했는데 나한테는 비쌀거라며 직접 저가항공사 찾으라고 하시던 아줌마. 여행 많이 안다녀보셨나봐요? 라고 했다. 또 잘못된 정보를 알려줬다. 호주에서 일본들어가는 공항은 나리타공항 가는거 밖에 없다고 하셨다. 다른여행사에 알아보니 참 많더라.. 일하기 싫은가보다.

작년에도 여기 방문한날 바로 결제하고 티켓끊었는데 일년뒤인 지금 연락하니 코로나시기때문에 문의요청이 많아서 그러신지 정말 많이 변하셨더군요
작년엔 설명 잘해주시더니 오늘은 문의하며 티켓없으면 대기라도 걸고싶다하시니 그러신분들많다고 헛수고하기싫다, 본인이 직접 공홈확인해라 그런말을 하시네요
작년에 여기서 티켓팅했다고 말씀드렸는데도 그런사람많다고 싸잡아서 말씀하시면 정말 티켓끊을생각인데도 내쳐지는 기분이에요 기분좋지않습니다
정말 일말의 성의도 안보이시더라구요..
내내 컴퓨터,휴대폰붙들고 알아보기 힘드니 여행사에 문의드린건데.. 티켓을 구해야하는 맘에 여행사에 문의드렸는데 그렇게말씀하시니 맥빠지네요
작년엔 문제없이 이용했는데 올해는 정말 최악의 여행사고 다시는 이용하고싶지않네요
