Very unhealthy service. Bought 3 premium tickets with complementary date change option. (Death in the family and told them about it). When we asked to change the return date they charged for it. So disgusting and feel sorry for this sort of people who make business when someone’s going through in tough time. Ashamed he is from Bangladesh. Unfortunately can’t add the ticket screenshot no option available.

We purchased two return tickets from Sohag Travel International at the beginning of 2020. We visited Bangladesh in March but were unable to return as all return flights were canceled due to the pandemic. When we applied for a refund, we realized that Thai Airways had gone bankrupt and we would not be reimbursed. In 2022, the owner of Sohag Travel suddenly informed us that he had arranged a refund from Thai Airways, which was completely unexpected. We received our refund after two and a half years!!!! We were not expecting a return after such a long time!!   Extremely professional Service. We wish a  tremendous success in your future endeavor.
