Terrible experience.
I would never use them again.
They stuffed up my tickets and we were refused entry on our return flight that I had already paid for.
So I had to buy 2 new tickets to get home and sit in the airport for 5 hours with My elderly mother.
So I ended up paying for 4 return tickets in the end.
Disgusting.
Very unhappy customer.
I would never book through them again.
They refused to refund my second lot of tickets.
Cost me a fortune in the end.

Friendly staff, but it's a shambles. There is no back up when someone was sick, so they shut the doors and you can't get help from other branches.

What a shame there is no option to give zero stars. Steer clear of this business at all costs. They cannot be trusted & have no concern for anything but profiteering from their customers. The Wodonga Flight Centre Branch have been sneaky in misleading numerous customers about the refund conditions of their bookings. They are now refusing to refund passengers, holding at least $300 per person claiming it as a ‘booking fee.’ Customers who comment about them in any negative way on social media are being deleted & blocked. Once travel restrictions are lifted, come join the movement in booking all of you travel directly online. Not only will you save money, you’ll be part of the karma lesson this business needs to be taught, that they will no longer exist without their customers.

Booked a trip through Wodonga Flight center to Europe and did a Budapest to Amsterdam boat cruise on the Danube .
All so a trip to Fiji all organised byTamika she did a great job we did make a few changes but all was done with a smile, she bent over backwards for us .
