If I can leave 0 star I would but 1 Star is the minimum. The worse experience I have ever been through! Customer service was non-existent, unprofessional & rude until I complained to YATA.
They’ve stolen over $1000.00 from us; Ghada and the other crazy guy kept making up stories & lies!
I’ve warned Everyone travelling not to go there; it was my first and last time. I’ve always disliked travel agents due to their dishonesty and this place has proven me Very Right! I believe in Karma and advice this place to be careful as they will get it 10 folds worse.

If there was on option to select 0 stars I would undoubtedly click on that. Worst experience of my life. I waited a year and 4 months to get my tickets refunded. Ghada, the worst possible travel agent and manager who had zero professionalism and zero responsiveness overtime we chased her up for our refunds. When you run a business, it is expected you strive in every way to meet customer expectations, however this is not the case for this travel agency. They could careless about your experience, value and quality with them. Every single time I called to get a refund Ghada tells us I've put it through now now, now !!!Its been A YEAR AND A HALF NEARLY. HOW IS THIS PROFESSIONAL? and I still haven't received my money till this day. A piece of advice, save your money and if you wanna book a holiday, book it through a well reputed and well managed travel agency.

I can't fault the fantastic service we received.
Anwar was respectful, and informative. This is the second trip he has organised for my family, we got a good deal on our flights. I also sent friends and relatives. They also had a great experience.

Honestly so appalled by the service from this travel agent. My dads flight was changed without any form of notification to him. He missed the flight as it was moved 2 hour early and after contacting this travel agency he was rudely answered by Gada who was completely rude and impolite. Gave no helping options stating not direct flights the next day and he would have to wait for a day in Dubai. Then as a third party was contacted magically a direct flight the next day came up. She purposely didn't add certain notes to the new changed flight about extra baggage which he was allowed which caused major issues with Emirates as the day before on his old flight Emirates confirmed the extra allowance but on the new changed flight they explained the note was no longer there and they can't access the old note as the flight is not loner valid. Extremely disgusted and disappointed! Never ever use this travel agent and Gada especially shouldn't be used.
