Had a very bad experience at Cha-Chi’s. The male waiter had a terrible attitude—unhelpful, indifferent, and unengaged. The food was far from authentic Mexican cuisine and very disappointing. Overall, a frustrating experience. The staff definitely needs better training

As soon as we walked in it was a very friendly atmosphere. The food came out really fast and it was very tasty, I cannot fault the service we received tonight. I would not hesitate to eat here again.

Surprisingly good Mexican food at this hidden away restaurant off Port Rush Rd. Hard to notice due to not very good signage, and hidden away as part of a motel complex is this intriguing Mexican eatery. Inside is quite bizarre decor, Mexican sombreros and strange water feature with plastic flowers and lights. It's all seems to work though and the food was fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Service was friendly, cocktails available, good menu selection; what more could you ask for. Well worth checking out.

We’ve heard so much great reviews about this place and when we got there, they didn’t disappoint! Very cozy and rustic vibes. Great staff, they recommended some drinks and they were amazing! The margarita was just perfection. We got the platter and the servings were huge, I loved the beef quesadilla and smoked ribs. Can’t wait to go back soon!

I would give a zero stars to all if I could. Absolutely terrible. Service was mediocre. Food was not traditional. The dips were so small, only a tablespoon or less of each. But they supplied 20+ corn chips. You couldn’t even dip them into the dip bowls. As they were like sauce dipping bowls. When they took the corn chips away and when we asked for them back for the nachos they did return the same bowl of chips but we were questioning if they recycle the chips if they were not eaten.
The meat was cold. The enchiladas were not heated. No melted cheese on top either.

The Atmosphere was diabolical. No Mexican music. We were one of a small number of diners and we still had to wait 30+ mins to get our food.

You need to park at Aldi and walk down but they don’t tell you that when you book.

Worst Mexican restaurant we’ve ever been to. Don’t bother. Avoid at all costs.

Went into this restaurant for dinner and absolutely loved it. Very friendly staff and great service. Very nice ambiance. Lots of options for vegetarian Mexican food. Very tasty food.
