Amazing customer service. The guys at will ride helped me out with an issue on my bike today. Helping me get back on the road and are following up the issue for me further. Only place that actually took the time to discuss the issue and the resolution. Highly recommended in my opinion. Thanks

My Kalkhoff e-bike was stolen some months ago. After more than 2 months it was brought in to Will Ride store by its new owner.. alert staff member remembered this bike and checked the details discovering its theft. I was delighted to have this bike returned having pretty much given it up as lost forever. Unsurprisingly the bike was damaged by the thieves and I was very happy to wait for a few more weeks to have the damages rectified. Many thanks to the ever helpful staff at Will Ride who helped in the recovery of my stolen property!

A team od nice,young,competent guys.Harry replaced the rear tubeless tire and tape in 10 minutes.Their Boss worked with them to assess which tirem would be best for my bike.Paul from Poland on a bicycle trip around Australia

Just purchased a new e-bike. As a guy in his 50’s not having ridden a bike for nearly 30 years. The staff were very methodical and patient explaining the bike and all of its components. Additionally the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in regards to both the bike and the local mountain biking environment.

Gotta hand it to the entire Will Ride team, who’ve all made our first e-bike purchases so seamless. They kitted up our Levo & Tero beautifully & even delivered our two black e-stallions to our ‘stable’ today!! We can’t wait to get out and ride our trusty steeds soon! Love your work guys!
