Overall I was quite happy with the training session… but I truly felt for Janey, the trainer, as she had so many issues with the computer etc that it caused her quite a lot of grief. I felt because of the amount of time that was wasted trying to fix the problems with the computer she ended up rushing alittle to try and stay within the designated time… but I was quite impressed with her extensive level of knowledge.

Honesty would give a 0 if I could!
Terrible, terrible, terrible. I made a booking and they rang as I was on my way in on the weekend to do the course and canceled without explanation and no follow up. I had to ring to rebook myself the following weekend. Ended up arriving at the motel to do the training with about 20 other people and there was no trainer in sight. Motel staff knew it was canceled, yet none of the 20+ people booked in were made aware. Some coming from over 3 hours away to do the training! Just a pathetic text after the course was meant to start saying it had been canceled. Blatant disrespect and disgusting company. Do not book through them. Some have had it happen to them 3 times in a row.
