My partner bought a $700 hat from here and in 4 months the inner hat band has disintegrated. He drove 8hrs to see what they could do about it. (He is a bloke that looks after his gear). The sales lady told him it was because of where he works and turned her back on him and walked away. This is absolutely appalling behaviour. An Akubra hat lasts over 15yrs, what I load of bull.
We will never ever shop here again.

Fantastic service on Saturday 4/5/24 and again today 6/5/24. My husband is very happy with his new boots and jeans and he was stoked they were hemed while he was trying on hats. We will be back!
