Need to complete your Standard 11. New Horizons is the place to enrol. This course was informative and engaging for the entire 3 days. Trainer Keith made everyone feel relaxed and all participants interacted and contributed as a result. Best course I've ever completed, Highly recommend

Honestly, I have been putting this off for many year’s. Don’t know why! Our trainer’s were pretty bloody good. They made us laugh and made us pass.
I now have my S11, and have a few more to go. I’m glad it’s through New Horizons Safety and Training. Recommend to anyone. Don’t put it off. Take care stay safe.

Did the Standard 11 course last week. Dropped in on the Monday morning and they managed to accommodate me onto the course. No fuss, very friendly and competent staff. Shout out to Keith, our trainer, who was very professional, no nonsense, and a no BS trainer. Tons of relevant experience and great hands on learning. Looking forward to training with them again in the future.

Attended New Horizons Safety and Training to undertake training for basic first aid and CPR. The trainer accessor was professional and made the class feel comfortable. The facilities were impeccable and administration staff were friendly and helpful. Parking close by was easy to find. The building was well signed and easily recognisable with access to the building from the main street direct. Overall a top company that should definitely be considered as the number one go to for safety and training in the Rockhampton region. Thank you for assisting me with obtaining my First Aid Certificate.

Did my coal surface induction with Ty as my instructor.
New to coal so I found the course to be very beneficial.
The layout of the building was great, clean, we had an elf that kept taking away dishes and rubbish every time we left the room.

The office people and other trainers were also helpful.
