Well looked after mid range motel in city centre, plenty of food options close by and off street parking. The owner is quite friendly and easy to deal with. Rooms as expected and clean and tidy. The bathroom is tiny but plenty of hot water. Quiet location near town centre. Recommend the Greek restaurant next door and woodmans axe for breaky.

I had a very pleasant stay in International Lodge Motel at Mackay. Beds were changed everyday and rooms were also clean. The owner (Hunter) is a very welcoming and friendly bloke who's always ready to assist whenever the need arises. I definitely will be coming back and looking forward to my trips to Mackay. Great location downtown. Attendant at the front desk was super pleasant and with several higher cost options this is important. The room was clean, spacious, and stocked with instant coffee (a plus for me) will be staying there again and value for money is top notch.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great showers, so close to amazing restaurants. Perfect for a stop over or business! This is my fourth trip to international lodge and I will come back everytime I come through Mackay. The hotellier happily accommodated my car and trailer by moving his own vehicle. So welcoming everytime. Do recommend for no fuss accommodation.

The room was very clean. I really enjoyed my 3 night stay and slept very well. The room and location was very quiet. Great position too - super close to good coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Hunter - who owns and manages the motel - was very friendly and helpful.

Basic but spotlessly clean rooms which are made up daily so you come back to a made bed and everything clean. Great location with access to restaurants and other places to eat. Bench and chair in room for workspace. Aircon works well. Owner friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Rooms are standard motel configuration but spotless, well maintained and they make up the room each day so you come back to a made bed. There's a benchtop so you can do some work and eat. Hunter is a lovely bloke and does his best to look after the guests. Thank you.

International Lodge is the perfect location to stay especially if you’re going to a performance at the MECC. Hunter will welcome you and you will feel right at home. Rooms are clean and really comfortable beds. Quiet location with off street parking.|You have a restaurant either side of accommodation |Always look forward to next visit
