Whatever you do, no matter how desperate you are, spend your hard earned cash somewhere else more rewarding for your money. I totally agree with all of the negative reviews. There is only so much room for one to express their disappointment and loss of hard earned cash. Not only did they want to charge $50 extra for a room fee for 1.5 hrs late checkout, but later found out that no one else had been booked in after us and our room didn’t get cleaned until the very next day, I would have been more than happy to pay this if our room had of been booked for the same day and for a thorough job that is expected by the cleaners prior to the next customers. However, neither of which had been done,. No booking after, and no cleaning was done on that day that we left. Not only does this motel screen your calls to them but they fail to get back to you if you email them or call them. They tend to leave you with the bare minimum. Including 1 flat 1 inch pillow per bed, only 2 blankets for a family of 4. No bath mat, or washer was given. The shower squirted water everywhere, leaving it slippery and wet when you got out to dry yourself. Such a poor quality and money grabbing motel to stay at. They weren’t ever accommodating to your needs. I don’t know how they ever survive. Never again will I ever think to stay there. Will definitely tell all of my friends and family to avoid at all costs. Time to wake up and lift your reputation.

I stayed 2 nights in room 103. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable.
On the down side, the fridge hadn’t been defrosted for ages, the freezer was almost fully iced up.
The key safe was already open when I arrived, luckily my key was there, along with several others.
The manager can only be contacted by text, reception was closed during my stay there.
Otherwise, as budget accommodation, I found it suited my needs.

Well, to start we appreciate a dry room after a long day driving in the rain. So that's a win.
It's more than fine as a roll in late and roll out early place.
We understand that it's not an expensive place to stay
However,
Aircon not working overly great (the black fins inside the machine fell out)
1 fork in the draw
Bunched up blanket in closet
No blankets on bed
No smoke alarm in room
No dish washing liquid
No dish cloth
No floor mat for bathroom
No flannel for shower

A sign says a cleaning fee will be applied if cleaning standards aren't met but there is nothing to clean the room with

It definitely needs some love in the way of money

The employee at the front desk was super helpful, and professional. Rooms are large and super clean looking/smelling. I got a feeling of privacy I don't normally get at a motor inn.
Will definitely stay again (work purposes)

Extremely disappointed with my service.
Firstly I stand outside reception at 2pm no one there, calling many times no answer, after standing there for 35 mins, I receive I very unprofessional txt message
( iam busy right now can't come to the phone) I txt back saying, I would like to check in, I get a reply saying go to code box with my room key number, firstly my room key number was not in the box. So I call again no answer. Then I get a message with a different room key number, but another guest had been givin my key.. so I'm still standing around outside.. third time lucky I received my room key. I head to my room and there is a cleaner in there.. thats okay I left my room key on the bench as I head downstairs to unpack the car, as we get back to our room. The cleaner has left and locked our door. So we are now locked out of our room..I'm now walking around looking for her to let us back in..
After getting our door unlocked. We are finially in a room. So i begin to look around..
Beds looked like they had been jumped on, no blankets in cupboard, 1 pillow with no pillow case, our tiny fridge was dirty and the freezer hadn't been defrosted in a very longtime. I put the air con on, very dirty on the outside so I decide to look at the filters. And they looked like they had literally never been cleaned so I decided to clean them myself. I go out on my balcony and it had never been swept and there was spider webs everywhere and also ash.
I take my kids into the pool and it was green. Then finially the so called person in charge barges in, wanting to know who took the pool filter out of the pool, we explained it wasnt us, I then say. While your here I would like to have a good chat about my check in issue and also problems in the room.
He then said " I don't really have time "
I continued to tell him what i just went through to actually get in my room. He replied with " cant make everyone happy " and kept walking. Extremely rude.
He told me I could get a refund and leave if i wasn't happy.. so that is exactly what I did is leave with my 2 children.. this was the absolute worst experience, this man that is supposedly running this place, has no idea! None. And does not care! Won't answer phone calls and doesn't attend to reception.
And quite frankly he didn't want to hear about anything i had to say. There was also alot of other people unable to check in and not happy. I left the property and this man decided to send me a txt message which blew my mind! He said if you leave a bad review without staying on property i can sue you for the kind of activity because thats defamation..I didn't reply.. so disgusted

Great room size and comfortable beds. The interior is outdated and shows a lot of wear and tear. Both bed heads were dusty, and the overall cleaning could be improved. The bathroom needs a freshening up, and the mould needs to be removed at the window.Parking is undercover, and height is 2m. A problem for higher cars.

Was not great from the get go, they let you collect your key from a lock box which everyone else’s keys are in, so someone else had our key and it was a bit awkward.
The room itself was quite dirty, bathroom was mouldy on the walls. Some of the towels were stained yellow, the blankets in the cupboard were scrunched up so I assume they weren’t washed from the last person. Top of the kettle was dirty. No milk for coffee in the fridge, no dishwashing liquid to wash up anything. There was a dirty coffee cup which might not have been washed up properly. The glass doors were filthy. I could go on. I was thoroughly disappointed. I would not stay here again.

Look I'm not going to run this place down, but there are a few things to needs attending to.
1. House keeping
2. Pest control- Cockroaches in room

If you can attend to these you will attract more customers as you are situated in a good area.

Take it easy and hope it all works out well.
