On arriving it was just a simple check-in, nothing special just a business transaction. When I got to the room it stunk and the balcony door was open. It appeared to come from the newly renovated bathroom. Looks good. I opened up the bathroom window and balcony door and poured water down the bathroom floor drain and that appeared to fix most of it. The motel has comfortable beds and great pillows. The AC is good with a good size TV for the room. Has fridge and full set of utensils etc for a lengthy stay. Room size is bigger than average and parking is clearly marked. They sell snacks etc and it also has a laundry and you just work it out for yourself.

I’ve stayed here a few times with my kids and we love it!
Even more better now as they have renovated the rooms with stoves and cooking wear , along with their bbq area. The place is always clean - it’s very affordable and within distance of everything in Gladstone. When we stay there we always have multiple daily swims in the pool!
They have free Netflix - so every night is movie night!
Thanks again for allowing myself and my kids to build more happy memories at your motel

I have stayed here for months for work & could not find better value after travelling all over Queensland! The rooms are freshly renovated with amazing shower, and kitchen facilities, air con is perfect & they even offer free Netflix! The service & staff could not be any better. An amazing bbq & pool area to relax in the afternoons and evenings. They even have wireless phone chargers if you forget your charger and so many homely touches! I will definitely be back & can not recommend this motel high enough. Thank you!!!!

Very upsetting as my mother in law has booked numerous times through this business to stay with in Gladstone and it was her number one preferred as it was my partners. After booking over a week in advance, we had to cancel due to the flooded roads not being clear for us to make our trip down to Gladstone and a fault caused by the roads to our car. In response to this the owner was notified about us wanting to cancel within our booking cancellations period through booking.com. She then replied to this email the day after making the cancellation period no longer valid, refuses to answer the phone and can’t take messages on it because the banks full. Ignores emails from booking.com that they’ve made me aware they’ve sent to request my money back, telling me to contact the management, and after disclosing my right within the cancellation period I’m still told it’s a matter through booking.com

Don’t bother booking here if you cancel you won’t get your money back they just ignore you and keep it. It’s a scamming business.

*edit* to the reply on my review amazing that you can reply to google reviews but not answer the phone when booking .com is trying to contact you because I am liable for a refund. Bravo.

I recently stayed at the Aaron motel for 3 nights l was so impressed l booked an extra 2 nights the rooms are newly renovated and clean the staff are very friendly and helpful l highly recommend the Aaron motel to anyone travelling to Gladstone well done 👍😊
