Had an absolute ball doing the 1hr jet ski tour yesterday. Although this was a birthday present to myself, I'm pretty sure my son had just as much fun (if not more) than I did. Super smooth process start to finish. Staff ensure you are competent and understand how to drive safely and explain all the rules. They even give you a multiple choice test to make sure you understand after the safety briefing. 😂

I love that they have their pricing set per jet ski and not per person, that way people who may be on a budget still have the option to experience this.

Was a great time, will be coming back for the 2.5 hr tour next. The 1hr went by so fast.

The only slightly disappointing thing was they have a camera recording you on the front of the jet ski and they only offer you the ability to purchase a 10 second video, not much care is put into choosing that small clip (it's just a random 10 second moment). Obviously it would be difficult to go through all the footage and choose a good moment, but it's definitely something that needs to be refined a bit more.

On the positive side, we were able to bring the GoPro with us and the passenger is permitted to record, at your own risk of losing it obviously.

Also, thank you for that absolutely wild photo of myself and my son, he is a crack up and you captured him perfectly.

Booked a 2.5 hours jet ski tour with one jet ski to share between my wife and myself.

We had Hayden take us on from surfers paradise to Stradbroke island by JetSki where we stopped in and had lunch with a view!

Highly recommend doing this as it was a lot of fun! We both took turns at the jet skis!

My wife was very nervous but she ended up getting the hang of it and loved it! No experience is necessary!

And they take photos and videos while your on the jet skis which you can purchase at the end!

The front desk guy is not friendly at all, cold and aloof.
But still should be a good experience if not for the incidence happened at the end of it: our 2 iPhones were gone from the locker we were told to leave our phones.
The staff checked every locker and looked again and again, still no avail.
We had to wait there for an extra 30 mins until all of sudden our iPhones appeared again in a locker we have checked before,
mysteriously and confusingly.
Their locker system is a bit casual and chaotic I have to say, and the front desk guy got a cold unfriendly poker face all along, somehow not apologetic at all for wasting customer’s time.
There are many jet skiing business in Gold Coast, I don’t think I’ll come back to this one or recommend this one.

Rather than take your responsibility, the business was denying all their responsibilities.

No our cellphones were not there since you staff was there looking for us, she even asked us to step aside to let her look, you should ask why didn’t she see it in the first place if our phones were in the locker all along?

No, I did not wait for 5 mins, I waited for 30 mins after all other customers in our group left;

No you did not apologise until I reminded you;

No you don’t have to give away free merchandise, as you don’t have to give away your cold indifferent aloof poker face for free either.

Last advice: you should have camera installed next time to prove yourself right and others wrong, instead of denying everything here.

I went parsailing with my sister 6 it was great fun! The crew are very nice and they take very good care of you. The experience was pretty safe and fun for all ages. The crew ensures you are safe and comfortable before boarding, and if you want photos or videos, they take them for you. I would recommend that once we are in the air, the crew starts moving the boat for a little longer to make it a little more fun instead of just staying in one place, but overall, i would 100% do this again!

We had an absolute blast with Gold Coast Water Sports. Doing the JetSki Tour was super fun. The staffs right from the check in desk to the instructors are super friendly and easy going. The tour is guided thoroughly and your safety and entertainment is their top priority. They even let you come back later if you start having doubts in the last moments as you having the most fun is what they want. Definitely will be coming back for other activities they provide as they have tons of exciting stuff to do here in the Gold Coast. Also, the test that they take before the tour have the most hilarious multiple choice questions, we couldn't stop laughing doing the test (although, please take the test seriously🤨).

Extremely Disappointing – Avoid If You're a Beginner

I had one of the worst experiences here, and I strongly advise anyone—especially beginners—to stay away from this place. I had never used a jet ski before and expected at least some level of guidance or patience from the instructors. Unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite.

The instructors were shockingly rude and aggressive, barking orders and showing no interest in helping beginners feel comfortable. From the moment the session started, it felt less like a fun water activity and more like a punishment. I was clearly struggling, and instead of support, I got attitude and pressure. When I told them I wanted to stop because I didn’t feel safe or comfortable, they outright ignored me and insisted I continue.

I paid a lot of money expecting a fun and memorable experience, but what I got was stress, humiliation, and zero customer care. If you're running a business that involves first-time customers, basic manners and customer service should be a priority. They need serious training in how to deal with people and manage expectations.

This place might be fine for experienced riders, but if you're new or just looking to try something different, look elsewhere. It's not worth the money or the frustration.

The team running the day is super professional and genuinely cares about everyone's safety, which makes it really easy to relax and enjoy. Parasoaring up in the sky is just pure chill!
