You have to chase the salesman up to get answers as they are slow or not bothered to return calls.Very poor selling and communication skills. Was going to make a very decent offer on a block of land but got told a offer had already been made and accepted. . Checked in days later and they stll had not sold the property. The seller misses out and so does everyone else. Maybe the seller would like to know !

My experience with CWP is bad ?
Very Bad ethics and it has happened twice.
I lost $800, paid for pest & building inspection, after offer was accepted by vendor and CWP issued a sales advise to my solicitor. She enquired about few things no reply for 8 days, only when I texted Matthew, Peter Lynn replied to her email and again went quite for 4 days. I had to chase them again, That's not good service..

Then Yesterday I was told by Matt that the owner has gone too greedy.
That's not professionalism..
Please be careful, I won't recommend them to anyone.

Bianca Grob - An absolute star and a true asset to Country Wide Properties. I had a very tight deadline in looking for a property and not only did Bianca go above and beyond she excelled and will have any of my business moving forward without question.
