The service was excellent 👌🏼 and staff very friendly and accommodating.
The only downside is very old used furniture with modern prints on the wall doesn't look appealing. And old silicon seals in the shower. The Toilet seat looked very well worn out and soft close would have been great. The mattress is good quality but just too soft for my personal preferences. But with a fully booked hotel it was very quiet and peaceful.

A very comfortable stay.Room clean and the hosts very accommodating and friendly. Restaurant was good and very convenient to eat at in pouring rain. The waitress was lovely and they had good specials. It would be useful given the weather to have sheltered car parks. I had an accessible room and it was beautifully laid out. Sufficient room to get wheelchair through and the bathroom was great for access with a roll in entry to shower with handheld shower hose mounted on wall and shower curtain around it. Sink was a little on the high side but still useable and they had wall mounted soap that was easy to use if your hands don’t work very well. Room had kettle, microwave and toaster and cutlery and crockery for all guests and you could get milk from reception for tea and coffee There were extra blankets and pillows in cupboard if needed. The only thing that was a very small issue was the height of the bed. If you are unable to stand the bed is a little higher than the wheelchair and you need a bit of assistance to transfer. We had a continental breakfast but you can order a hot breakfast and there are plenty of options for sides. Free wifi was great.

Great motel. Clean and well maintained rooms, comfy beds and fluffy towels. Convenient parking just outside your door (don't have to lug bags across carparks/stairs). Great location on the outskirts of town with restaurants and fuel nearby. You can go for a short walk to see beautiful valley views from the top of the range too.

The food is fantastic, good variety and much better than one would expect from a motel. You can eat at the restaurant or get the full menu in room service.

All of the staff are delightful and reliable. They are always here when they say they are and always provide what they offer with a smile on their face.

I've been a happy customer coming here for nearly three years with work and I choose the Eastgate over big name brands in town because this place is just better and easier all over.

Comfortable room with a good bed, bathroom and kitchen facilities.
The receptionist was very helpful allowing us to check in early. It was Christmas Day so we Really appreciated it. Also ensured a room with parking outside and no stairs as my Mum who is 98 was visiting us.
Being convenient to the Range road we expected some traffic noise but it was quiet with a nice outlook on to the trees.
No opportunity to try the Restaurant as it was a Public holiday.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and highly recomend it, expecially if you have a towable with you, I was able to park a horse float on the upper level and walk straight into my room which was very well prepared and very comfortable, good value and a good breakfast offer. will stay again, interstingly, they also sell the beds you sleep on and im actually considering buying one, very good.

Great little motel, and will be back when we are up again. Location is fantastic, and thr family room had enough room for the 4 of us.

Pretty great for a motel experience. Staff couldn't be more helpful both with accommodation and dining. We had dinner in the adjoining dining room which was such a great, top-quality and beautifully presented restaurant meal. We stayed in the middle of winter and the rooms were so warm, even without any heating.
