So rude and not helpful at all. Absolutely disgusted in the 2 ladies there that we went for help with cancellations of flights and so forth because of Cyclone Alfred, Through no fault of our own, and when we went and asked for help with our insurance was absolutely disgusting. I will NEVER EVER go through them again. This is the 2nd time we have been ignored and stuffed around through the Toowoomba store. Word of advice.... GO ELSEWHERE, because these women are disgraceful and rude. I wish I could say on here what I really think. You rude pathetic, snobby nosed ppl.

Very disappointed with the service from one of the Flight Centre Toowoomba staff. Had no interest in helping us and made major mistakes in booking. Had we gone ahead with our dream cruise we would have had a porthole for a view despite asking for a balcony and we would have been in Budapest 6 days at the end of the cruise before flying back with no accommodation. Such a sad experience! Will never advise using them.

I find the lack of communication from consultants to be rather dissapointing. Sending through multipul emails to only receive a generic respose and noting else is extreamly disheartening .

Your lack of customer service is someting that will drive customers away.

Actually it should be ZERO STAR….they were 3 ladies on their computer and just chatting with no client at all. It takes them 10 minutes to just say that they cant accommodate me at the time but to wait for another 10 minutes to be accommodated by someone that is on the table just chatting to another staff.

If I am the owner of that outlet…on that day I will fire them.

Disgusting attitude from staff. Completely rude and dismissive. They had absolutely zero interest in booking our trip and claimed they are understaffed and it’s “the busiest time of year” as the excuse for not wanting to book us. I would NEVER recommend someone using this store. I’d rather drive to Brisbane and get someone who is competent.

My wife and I decided to return to New Zealand after the previous trip we had done in 2019. Tom Holsworth handled the airline bookings, car hire and travel insurance for us and ensured that we got a great deal. He was very knowledgeable and understood our needs regarding travel. We decided to upgrade to Business class and Tom handled the booking change after hours to ensure we could secure a great deal. Excellent service from start to finish. We have used Flight Centre in the past and will continue to use them as our travel agent.

Booked flight overseas, which was fine then I had to change it, also fine, but when I rang to request a printed copy of my ticket, this staff who also responded on my request didn’t check and change ticket date. I came to pick up the ticket but she gave me the original print out and she said she’s finished and about to go, nevertheless she fiddled with the computer for awhile but for some reason unable to print a new one. She then said she’ll just change the date with a pen, and said it should be fine because it’s still same flight # and time.
I wasn’t impressed as I’m concerned that the airline staff at the airport may not honour the unamended ticket, so I went back after 2 days and request a new one. One of their staff was kind enough to print the new E- Ticket, didn’t take 2 minutes to do it. As I was upset and unimpressed I vented my frustrations on her , fair enough I didn’t deal with her but the professional attitude was not good and left a bitter taste in my mouth. Unfortunately there’s only one travel agent in our town that I can go to and they’re understaffed as well.
I will surely remember their names and I hope to be able to deal with a better staff next time in my next trip…..

Love the ladies at Flight Centre Toowoomba. When you make an appointment they give you all their attention and listen to your needs, come up with great ideas that fit your budget. Great attention to detail. Booking our Canadian Xmas and can’t wait.
