What an amazing company to deal with in the lead up to my daughters wedding. So helpful with planning and execution especially as they had to travel 2 hours to collect people to bring to the venue. They stayed and returned guests back to accommodation and went above and beyond to assist.

If you ever need a bus service for any event or to just do a private tour I can highly recommend Premier Coaches.

Great tour around some of the Carnival gardens today. Very pleasant driver - Wayne - made getting on and off the bus very easy for an elderly passenger. He was amusing and helpful without being patronising. He did a great job. Lovely morning.

Very unprofessional driver. Didn't provide us with allocated seats on Friday the 13th of Jan
2023 from Murwillumbah to Brisbane, 1st error. The young woman who was taking up 4 seats with her bags verbally abused me for a whole 20 minutes after I carefully moved her bags so we could sit. Apparently her bags contained a substance that she didn't want spilled. Using very obscene language & racial slurs directly to me & kicking the back of my seat. The driver didn't intervene or help at all. This woman should've been removed from the bus. Everyone on the bus witnessed what took place. The driver completely ignored the whole thing while I was being abused infront of my child on a moving bus that I paid good money to be on. Absolutely disgusting. Do not recommend this service at all. I will take this to ACA & I demand a full refund.
