Best COFFEE in Townsville and anywhere else I’ve been to in OZ (by a long shot) lovely staff who all have beautiful hearts and spirits it’s a joy just to go there and have a chat and a laugh. Was sitting in the side room one morning enjoying my Venezia nuovo a dad came in with his little girl for coffee as the left I heard the little one say
“ ahh they love everybody here” - more than just the best coffee!!

Fantastic customer service, staff and of course a damn fine coffee with multiple Roasts you can choose from. If you're just passing through or you live here you need to make Bounce Coffee a must to try, once you Bounce you'll never stop!

They also have a large array of coffee accessories, syrups and coffee machines available for purchasing so one to stop shop for your coffee needs.

I absolutely love the coffee.
I have purchased the beans and had the coffee grinded.
The Columbian blend is the most delicious and balanced coffee we have at home, but my favourite is the extreme speed blend, as it just has flavour that punches through, and brilliant as a latte or cappuccino.

We have purchased the below.
Australian blend - beans from the tablelands!
Liquid and extreme speed. My favs
Columbian blend - great daily
Nuovo blend - every day standard coffee
One other, Guatemalan blend,

I used to really like the coffee, I still do, but the young girl that works there is making me look at other options. I understand it's hard to find staff in hospitality these days, but I've never seen her use basic customer service language such as 'G'day, what can I get you? Or even the word 'Thank you', she takes my order like she's sparing my life. Also, the nails seem incompatible with the tasks. When buying coffee is such an unpleasant experience, you move on.

The most unbelievable coffee anywhere let alone in Townsville. They roast the coffee fresh onsite. The LIQUID SPEED is the way to go if you're a bit flat.
