Unbelievable service. The customer service Girls were always keen to help and did everything with smile even I had a million questions as our motor home is oversized and I had concerns. Also we liked the island so much that we rebooked twice and no dramas. Also the master on the boat was very experienced. The building facilities were unbelievable and made a pleasure to wait for the ferry. Super Clean toilets. Thank you guys for a great experience!

Amazing service that ran to the minute, both there & back. 2 different crews, the same amazing smiling service. For something that may be a little daunting for someone, driving on & off a ferry, the deck crew were great, so friendly & accommodating.

Easy access to terminal location travelling from Airlie Beach to Townsville.
Check-in and boarding was a breeze.
It was rough when we headed over, but I didn’t get motion sickness which is good.

Three different decks to hang out for the 45min transfer.
