This is such a lively and wonderful place for tea, coffee and chocolate. They do great gift packs for all occasions and the staff here are friendly and helpful. There is a wheelchair accessible entrance however there is a jump of about half a foot to get onto the ramp and navigating the store in a wheelchair is difficult as they have a lot of products.

Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions, the free sample chocolates are no longer available but they still have a great selection of options for customers.

Be sure to pick up a loyalty card when in store as they reward you when you make 5 purchases with a freebie.

You won't get your morning coffee here, but you'll get amazing chocolate and coffee for homebrewing!

The place looked and smelt amazing and I went in to buy a gift. I bought a cocoa creme liqueur which wasn't the cheapest option. Felt really disappointed in the product. When I arrived home and opened the bottle it was all clumpy and there were bits in it. Like when milk goes bad. We had to dispose of it which is so annoying

Had a fabulous shopping experience at Coffee Works in Townsville. The staff, in particular, the manager was very attentive, friendly and hugely knowledgeable of the shops products. I left with half of my Xmas shopping completed. I cannot thank the staff at Coffee Works enough for their fantastic customer service skills. Well done all.

I love going to Coffee Works. Their chocolate is superb. Beware the free chocolate tastings, it's a trap, it's so good you'll just have to buy some 😊

For service alone I would rate this place five stars. The lady working this afternoon was so welcoming, and allowed us to do some last minute buying as she was closing. Since then we have already stuffed our face with some of the chocolate and oh my god it tastes incredible. A million stars.

Went for the first time to Coffee Works and was blown away by the gorgeous shop! So much to look at! But by far the biggest asset here is the staff! The manager is superb, super friendly and accommodating, offering samples and chats! Will definitely call again!
