I walked in to the Robina store today to get some brochures and hopefully some assistance. I was approached by a lady who asked if I needed help. I said what I was looking for and she said we don’t have any. That’s fine, but she didn’t ask if she could help me by perhaps answering some queries. She just stood there. So I asked if she could give me some prices for next year and she said “no not yet because it’s too early, maybe in 4/5 weeks”. That was it. It felt like she wasn’t actually interested in helping me. She didn’t suggest that we could look at hotels/islands for ideas, or suggest that she could give me her name and she’d be happy to help me when those dates are able to be booked. It was simply a “No. Can’t help” attitude. I was disappointed by this. I’m looking to book a family trip. Surely some guidance could have been offered, if nothing else.
