Just so future clients can see this right away, trust me you will not find two people who will work harder than Patricia and John. We hired Devit Weddings when we hit an all time low in our wedding planning process. With their undeniable expertise and professionalism we booked a new venue and planned the wedding of our dreams! Here are some of the key points of what made our process so amazing with them:

1. Communication was great from the beginning to end. She always returned our messages or questions within a timely manner, even on her busiest of days she would always get back to us.
2. Their ability to get creative with whatever you desire for your theme. She’ll float ideas with you and it’s such a fun process.
3. The network of people she had to provide for our event.
4. The way the seamlessly bonded with our personally hired vendors.
Overall the Devit Weddings & Events team did everything and more of what we asked for. Truly people told us at the end of the night it was one of the best weddings they attended. I really can’t thank them enough for what they put together for us.

Of all the investments that we made towards our wedding (and perhaps ever), Patricia was the best. We feel that this is the beginning of a lifelong friendship with her. Not only did she take the time to build rapport with us, but she was honest, dependable, consistently hard-working, and genuinely enthusiastic about playing a role in our wedding. My husband and I both had very demanding schedules, and she accommodated us effortlessly. She took a very active role from the beginning of our planning, notifying us what we needed to do and when. She reached out to vendors on our behalf, even defending us at one point when we were wrongly charged extra for something that was never mentioned in the contract. We also started our wedding planning very late (a few months before our wedding), and Patricia helped us worked through all the glitches and the stress that came with this. This business means more to her than meets the eye.

She treated us as if we were part of her family, and it was evident that our wedding was very important to her. She worked with us and our budget, making sure everything was as beautiful and elegant as possible while acknowledging if a given item or decoration didn’t provide value matching the cost. If I had to do my wedding all over again, the only thing I would change is hiring her sooner than I did. I was able to be open up with her, share my ideas and thoughts without any worry that she would react negatively or defensively. She was very selfless in her pursuit of a wonderful wedding for us, and we will forever be grateful. She also has great taste in decoration and pursued the romantic, elegant, timeless style that we were looking for. I don’t think we could have pulled off this beautiful day without her.

I wish I could take this star away.. My wife and I have had the worst experience with her.. It sucks because this our wedding and the last thing we thought we’d have to worry about was table decorations.. She is very unorganized, she kept rescheduling our meets/FaceTime calls, and when we asked her what was the reason for all the of the rescheduling, she says it’s because she has other clients.. So it seems like you’re taking on business you can’t handle.. when you’re dealing with events as delicate as a wedding you need to be focused 100%, Not going back and forth and giving one client less than 100% because your plate is full. Then when we asked for the refund she said she’ll send us the refund and proceeded to block us on Facebook. Companies like this is what make it hard for small business to grow because you always have to be aware of people who got an idea and decided to “try” it out.. We hired Dev-It Weddings for our destination wedding in Florida and we are so happy we did! Patricia & John were absolutely amazing, they made everything so easy for us. Patricia would spend countless hours with me on the phone going over all the details and coming up with ideas I would of never thought of. John cooked all our food and it was delicious.
