We were helped by Meg Fittler at bribie island branch. She went above and beyond in helping us plan and book the perfect Europe holiday. I barely had to do a thing. She got to know us personally and found plenty of relevant suggestions for us to do on our trip. She researched and booked everything for us, from hotel rooms with specific views, to car rentals, entertainment tours, etc. I can't thank Meg enough. She is an absolute gem

A massive thank you to Vanessa Caton from Flight Centre Bribie Island. It was just by chance I called into the travel agency and was welcomed by Vanessa with her warm friendly personality. We booked a River Cruise Amsterdam to Budapest. The choice is vast and Vanessa helped me through to finally booking one. Vanessa, has a wealth of knowledge and is very efficient as well as having patience. Emails and phone calls were promptly replied to. Coincidently I just found out from a work colleague who has also corresponded with Vanessa and she was pleased with her service, she was recommended her from a friend, both do not even live on Bribie. I had a lucky find and should we have any complications whilst away, I’m confident she would also be there to assist if the need arose. I can highly recommend, thank you Vanessa.

I have been dealing with this branch for 8yrs now and have found the service to be very helpful. They organise all my transfers , explain the insurance contract, give advice on that also. All trips have been explained clearly. They have even contacted me via email, of changes in unexpected flight times whilst overseas. My lastest booking, all emails I sent to Maeghan Fittler asking a question, were answered within the day. I'm very happy with the company.

Great service and follow up. Our travel agent, Ashleigh, has a lovey warm demeanour quickly putting us at ease. She is clearly very capable, has excellent communication and organisational skills and made our experience at Flight Centre an enjoyable one.
