When I came they sheltered me from the spider man gild biggie Norris and I was starving so they provided me with green luscious boogers and calamari from the kids meal

Went here for YumCha on Mothers Day 2022, arriving at 10.30a.m.
We didn't book a table, but they gave us one on the proviso that we left at 12...really nice of them to accommodate us at short notice; many thanks.
Plenty of parking, and if you're not a member, you just provide some ID, and they give you a ticket.
Prices varied from $8 up to $15. Every dish we had was delicious. There is a $2 charge for Chinese tea, which they top up when needed.
Very pleasant dining area's, polite ladies pushing trolleys, and attentive waiters.
We really loved our 1st ever visit here, and will definately come back.

We dine at Mike's grill regularly. Food, variety and atmosphere is great. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Smith in particular is always so helpful, friendly, and appears passionate about his work and will always stop by our table to say hi. We rarely see restaurant owners talking to customers at their table, yet Mike himself does. That gives customers a positive experience.

We dined at the Zen restaurant, upstairs. Our table of 12 was made up of mainly Chinese background friends and wow did we get a treat. Undoubtedly some of the best Chinese food we have experienced. But you must order from the Chinese written menu.

I came here with my friend for lunch. We choose to dine at the Asian restaurant that serves yum cha or can order meals. The servings are big. We had mix vegetables In oysters sauce. I love the way it was cooked because the vegetables are Half cooked and not oily at all. And the prawns are cooked well and not salty. The service is first class and the staff are very friendly and courteous. Above all, it's not very expensive.
At club reception we were greeted with smiles . So friendly that my friend decided right there and then to be a member. I will come back again and will try the other restaurant in the premises.

Definitely a nice RSL, good facilities and well kept with a solid array of food options. Dined at Mikes grill and whilst it looked impressive food was a bit over done:

Schnitzel was pretty dry and felt like it could have been sitting for a while, steak was more well done than medium.

Will probably be back and see how we go as it was still decent

The WORST dinner experience ever at Mike's kitchen. We were absolutely disappointed and unimpressed.
They charge normal restaurant price but there was no table service at all. After we were seated, we were told to make our order in the queue at the counter where there was only one staff taking order for nearly 8 different customers on a Saturday night.
We order 2 entrees which were chicken wings and salt and pepper squid for $18 each and a main of seafood basket which would take about 35 mins as we were told while ordering. However we'd waited for more than 40 minutes and none of the entrees was ready. We had to ask the staff to see what was going on. Eventually we got to pick up our entrees at the counter ( Yeah, they weren't even delivered to the table.) The salt and pepper squid was just extremely oily and there was not even one piece of lemon coming with it. The chicken wings were just slimy. Oh and the water they serve tasted like coming out from a rustic pipe. Highly suggest you to bring your own water if you decide to walk in this horrible place.
After all, it was just very slow but pricey fast food served at Mike's kitchen. Not recommended at all.

Noisy lot in dining room screaming kids..never again.. busy restaurant grill..had to eat fish chips salad fast poultry deserts poor selection of cakes.the function
..band upstairs in auditorium ok..return to sender etc..stuffy cramped with folk covid risk
