In order to explain how amazing my experience with Christina at Head Over Heels Event Planning LLC was, I must start with a bit of backstory. In February of this year, my father was diagnosed with Glioblastoma, a terminal brain cancer. My fiancé and I were originally planning to get married in 2022, but we decided to move the wedding up so my father could be there to walk me down the aisle. My mother made a post in a Tampa Wedding Facebook group explaining the situation and asking for suggestions for affordable venues that might be available immediately. The outpour of generosity and love was immense, and Christina was one of the first of many vendors to offer her services to us for no cost. She related to my situation and just wanted to help make our dream wedding happen soon enough for my father to be there.
This brings me to the beginning of our experience working with Christina. From the word go, she was incredibly patient and attentive in every way. My fiancé and I live in Georgia and the wedding was to be held in Tampa (where my parents reside), and she was able to set up everything without us ever being able to come down once before the wedding. In a little less than THREE MONTHS, she made our dream wedding come to fruition. This was no small feat considering the fact we had not planned or decided on a single thing prior to this. She guided us through the process graciously and was always there to answer any question or concern we had. On our wedding day, everything went smoothly because we had her there. We were able to relax and actually enjoy our wedding because of her.
No words can describe how blessed and grateful we are for everything Christina did for me and my husband. Her generosity and determination are unmatched. I wish I could write about every single thing she did for us, but that would be a novel. She went above and beyond in all aspects, and we couldn’t have been happier with her service. She is extremely organized, professional, and kind and will make sure your special day is perfect! We would recommend her to anyone and everyone!!

Christina and the Head Over Heels team was a God sent!! She was so professional and always quick to respond. Our big day and all the planning went so smooth after we hired their service. We saved lots of money with the tips and ideas they had to offer and the decor/props/signs they had!! You can tell they really care and put their heart into their work. I was on the fence about using a coordinator but I’m so glad we did!
